Errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you choose to cancel, any payment already made will be returned in full. We are not obligated to fulfil an order placed at a clearly incorrect price, but we will always notify you before declining.

Orders are placed through our website and finalized via bank transfer, invoice, cash on delivery, or in-person collection with card payment. When you complete the checkout form, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order reference and instructions for completing payment. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been cleared or, for cash on delivery, confirmed for dispatch. Once your payment is verified, your order enters the fulfilment queue and you will receive a second email with tracking or collection details.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. This may happen if an item is out of stock, if a shipping address cannot be verified, or if the billing details do not match the payment source. In the rare event of a cancellation after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method within fourteen working days.
