Sound Architecture — Multi-Guest Kit
Prime Trio
Three-point Sound Architecture for guest interviews. Three matched microphones, three acoustic shields, three professional boom arms — one consistent sonic signature across every voice at your table.
The Kit
Three matched signal chains, one consistent voice
The Prime Trio is our premier solution for multi-guest recording. Three matched MK-I microphones, three S3 acoustic shields, and three professional boom arms — built for podcasters and interviewers who need a consistent sonic signature across multiple voices.
The Problem
Consistency is quality
The biggest challenge in multi-person recording is maintaining a consistent sound between different guests. The Prime Trio solves this by providing three identical signal chains — every voice captured with the same frequency response and spatial characteristics. Your editing and mixing process becomes faster and more effective.
The Result
A balanced mix from the first take
When every microphone, shield, and boom arm shares the same specifications, the post-production process shrinks dramatically. No more compensating for one guest sounding brighter or duller than another. The final mix sits right from the moment you press record.

Spatial Isolation for Everyone
Individual acoustic pockets for each speaker
With three S3 acoustic shields included, the Prime Trio creates individual acoustic pockets around each speaker. In rooms where multiple people talk at once, this reduces bleed — the sound of one guest being picked up by another guest's microphone. The result is cleaner tracks that need less corrective processing.
Ergonomic Boom Arms
Position each mic without cluttering the table
The included professional boom arms give each speaker the flexibility to position their microphone perfectly. Internal springs and hidden cable management keep your studio looking as professional as it sounds — essential when cameras are rolling and every frame of your interview matters.
- Internal spring mechanism — no visible hardware
- Hidden cable routing for a clean on-camera look
- Full articulation for any seating arrangement
High-End Visual Appeal
Your studio image is part of your sound
When guests walk into a studio equipped with three matched MK-I microphones and S3 shields, they immediately know they are in a professional environment. That visual authority translates to better performances from your guests and higher trust from your audience. The Prime Trio is not just about sound — it is about the image of your brand.
A studio that looks the part puts guests at ease before the first question is asked.
Scale & Versatility
A scalable foundation for solo, duo, and trio recording
While designed for a trio, this kit handles solo recordings and duos with a spare set of gear always ready. The matched nature of the components means you can swap or rearrange them without any change in audio quality — a scalable foundation for your growing media output.
Signal Integrity
No compromises in the chain
Every component is selected for high-performance characteristics. Gold-sputtered diaphragms in the MK-I microphones. High-density foam in the S3 shields. Professional-grade XLR cabling with shielded conductors. This is the kit for anyone who takes their Sound Architecture seriously.
Flexibility
Rearrange without tonal shift
Record a solo episode on microphone one this week. Bring in two guests for microphone two and three next week. Because all three channels share the same specifications, your audience hears a consistent voice across every episode regardless of which mic a guest sits behind.
Growth
Built for expansion
Start with three. Add more MK-I microphones and S3 shields as your format grows — panel shows, round-table discussions, live audience recordings. The matched component philosophy means every addition sits seamlessly alongside your existing signal chain.

Questions & Answers
Prime Trio — what to know before you buy
Can I use the Prime Trio for solo or two-guest episodes?
Yes. While designed for three guests, you can record solo or duo sessions and keep the remaining channels ready. The matched components mean there is no tonal difference between which microphone a guest uses — your audience hears the same voice signature across every episode.
Do I need a separate audio interface for three microphones?
The Prime Trio includes three XLR microphones, so you will need an audio interface or mixer with at least three XLR inputs. If you already have a two-channel interface, adding a third channel is straightforward — contact the studio team for recommendations suited to your existing setup.
How much space do I need for a three-person setup?
A table of at least 120 cm by 60 cm comfortably seats three guests with the boom arms, microphones, and S3 shields. The shields create individual acoustic pockets, so you do not need a large room — but some distance between speakers helps each shield do its job.
Can I add more microphones later if my format grows?
Yes. The MK-I microphones and S3 shields are available as individual components. Because every unit shares the same specifications, adding a fourth or fifth channel to your existing Prime Trio is seamless — there is no tonal mismatch between old and new units.
What is the return policy?
The Prime Trio ships with a 30-day return window. If the kit does not suit your space or recording style, contact the studio team to arrange a return. Full details are on the Returns & Refunds page linked in the footer.
Is there a bulk discount for studios ordering multiple kits?
